fluctuating shower pressure unavailable massage
The room felt smaller than i expected, and the shower pressure fluctuated a lot. sometimes it was a trickle, other times a decent spray, not pleasant. also, the promised free massage at the spa never materialized. I inquired, but there was always some reason it wasn't available. they have limited breakfast options it was hard to enjoy it.

great service near historical sites
clean rooms friendly staff
breakfast offered a lot of variety and the staff was always friendly. the location was ideal for exploring historical sites it was very convenient. they provided detailed information about the hotel upon arrival.
one morning there was loud noise it came from an argument on the top floor at 3am. this disturbance affected my sleep it was unexpected. the hotel should manage guest disturbances.

the reception team showed great care and helpfulness with my questions regarding local public transportation. one staff member were really nice by helping me order a local kebab when i was hungry after my flight. i found their service excellent.

helpful staff good breakfast poor insulation unappealing view
The staff were helpful at all times. They answered any questions i had. the breakfast had a good variety of options. There was always something i liked.
My room faced a back street. The view was not especially appealing. the sound insulation was poor. I could hear noises from other rooms.

kind staff helpful staff cute staff modern room small room limited space ground floor
The staff was very kind. Berfin especially was helpful and cute (it was my first solo trip). The room looked just like the photos, modern and clean. I was surprised because some five-star hotels offer less.
The room was a bit small. There was not much space for suitcases. my room was on the ground floor so I had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. I didn't feel very safe otherwise.
